The NRF's Response to the Ignored Occupation of Afghanistan
June 22 - The recent announcement from the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan (NRF) offers a stark insight into the Taliban's ongoing acts of terror. According to the NRF, the Taliban has initiated the forced displacement of regional terrorists across Afghanistan's northeastern and northwestern provinces, intensifying the already ignored occupation of these regions.
At WeAreNRF, as we are committed to supporting the NRF's vision for a free, democratic, and peaceful Afghanistan, we echo this condemnation and stand with the NRF in its fight for freedom.
The NRF highlights that Afghanistan is suffering under the oppressive rule of a proxy group—an extension of foreign occupation—and regional and international terrorist factions. We wholly support the NRF's commitment to eradicating this ignored occupation and restoring the nation's territorial integrity and spirit of coexistence. The bonds of unity, coexistence, and national solidarity in Afghanistan are at stake, necessitating continued resistance against the forces of evil.
The Taliban's repositioning of allied terrorist groups—such as the East Turkistan Islamic Movement, the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, Ansarullah Islamic Group, ISIS core, ISIS-K, Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), Jaish-e-Mohammed, and others led by Al-Qaeda and ISI—signals a troubling alliance with the Pakistani government and other foreign powers.
These actions extend far beyond Afghanistan's borders, endangering neighboring and regional countries and destabilizing Central Asia, Russia, Iran, and China. The movement of terrorists along Afghanistan's northeastern, northern, and western borders is part of a wider scheme to disrupt the region's political, social, and economic order.
In line with its mission, the NRF maintains active communication with local populations, ethnic leaders, elders, and the youth of provinces suffering under terrorism and occupation. The NRF extends solidarity and alignment with these communities, a stance that our advocacy group enthusiastically supports.
The path forward is clear: we must stand with the NRF in its fight against internal and regional terrorists to prevent further displacement and to end this overlooked occupation. The Taliban, aware of their outcast status among the people of Afghanistan, are trying to reshape Afghanistan's geography, transforming the northeastern, northern, and western regions into what they see as a new Waziristan.
This is a call to arms for the people of Afghanistan, politicians, civilian, and military activists—to join the fight against this ignored occupation and tyranny. We firmly believe that freedom and justice are within reach, but will and persistence are key.
The international community, particularly regional countries, must fulfill their responsibility in regards to the situation in Afghanistan. Any form of support for the Taliban is a direct attack on global peace. We echo the NRF's call for decisive action to safeguard Afghanistan, the region, and the world from the threat of global terrorism.
The resistance continues, and we remain steadfast in our support for the NRF, amplifying their messages and advocating tirelessly for a free, democratic, and peaceful Afghanistan.
